Arts facility: network design, installation, and administration
Sector: Arts and culture. Services: Infrastructure.
A 100,000 square foot arts facility needed a network that could serve offices, performance and rehearsal spaces, public areas, and the production equipment that moves between them. We specified and purchased the switching, wireless, and routing hardware, installed and configured it, and took on ongoing administration.
Professional audio-visual manufacturer: sales configuration tool
Sector: Manufacturing. Services: Custom software.
A manufacturer of professional audio-visual hardware sold products with enough options and dependencies that quoting by hand was slow and error-prone. We built a configuration tool that captures the product rules, guides the sales team to a valid configuration, and produces the quote.
Religious school: complete technology refresh
Sector: Education. Services: Infrastructure, platform administration.
We handled network hardware, server, and desktop selection, purchasing, installation, and support for a religious school, replacing an aging and undocumented environment with one the school’s staff could rely on and we could support.
Medical practice: financial valuation
Sector: Healthcare. Services: Strategy and valuation.
A medical practice needed an independent valuation ahead of an ownership change. We built the financial model, normalized the practice’s historical results, and delivered a written valuation the parties could negotiate from.
Political campaign: software administration
Sector: Public sector and political. Services: Platform administration.
We administered the campaign’s voter contact and fundraising platform (NGP VAN): user and access management, data hygiene, list building, and support for field and finance staff through the election cycle.
Real estate brokerage and record label: email and server configuration
Sector: Real estate, media. Services: Infrastructure, platform administration.
Two small businesses with the same problem: email and file storage that had grown by accident and no longer worked reliably. For each we designed and configured email and server infrastructure, migrated existing mail and files, and documented the result.
